Buying house

I think there should be a option to buy the deed of a house, giving you acess to lock, put props you would like in it, and maybe a little custiomize.

Im thinking just like car_menu you would open up a window thats like, !house_menu and it would give you a number of $ you need to spend to buy this. Each house could go for like 1m for the people who can actually buy it.

But there is barely any houses besides the Renegade houses and they fully own all the doors. Apartment building a lot of rooms but not a house and won't be fair for the other players. Sexy house anyone can hang there but on the rest... There is barely any houses unless they are made.

Well, the next version will have two more houses, but still... How long would you own the house?

hmm thats the hard part... its sort of like a saints row game, theres a deed infront of the house that you can buy the house, and maybe like car_menu it would say, (Example) 32nd on 3rd street, XXXXX amount of $.

Than you would have acess to all doors, and the deed would say you own this house, then maybe there is a - sell house to (active members shown):

Then they give you the house and you give them the money. I think if you are willing to set it up it would be easiest to set up buying and selling as car_menu buying and selling.

Then when you went up to the door it would say, so and so owns this house. Then you have the ability to kick people out, lock whenever you want without paying for doors, etc.etc.

It would make a lot of people make more money on the server causing more activity, more fun- more players.

i guess ownership expires on about every 1 or 2 months? it does sound complicated but i dont know how complicated it would be, if its possible i think it would be a big improvement like i said, but if you can do it i understand and im sure the others do too
