if you go into dust2 right now youll see what i mean

power of 2 = width and height must be either 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048 or 4096

ok heres 2 i did in bed with my laptop, gotta get up early tomorow to get my damn car out the shop so ill have to get the rest of the banners done when i get home tomorow.

in there should be the tga, vmf, and vtf files for both banners.
if the transparency is not working lemme know ill fix em tomorow
